Tiranga Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tiranga website, mobile experiences, and services (collectively the “Platform”). By creating an account or using Tiranga Game, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility & Account Registration
To use Tiranga, you must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in online games of skill in your jurisdiction. We may request identity verification (KYC) to confirm eligibility, prevent fraud, and secure withdrawals. You’re responsible for accurate information in your profile and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
2. Account Security & Tiranga Login
You agree to maintain the security of your account by using strong passwords, enabling OTP where offered, and avoiding shared devices when possible. Notify Support immediately of unauthorized access. Tiranga may suspend or terminate accounts that present security risks or violate these Terms.
3. Deposits, Bonuses & Withdrawals
Deposits: Add funds via UPI, PhonePe, Paytm, or Net Banking. Successful deposits are credited to your Tiranga wallet in real time.
Bonuses/Promotions: From time to time, Tiranga may offer bonuses with specific conditions (e.g., wagering requirements, expiry dates, game eligibility). Each promotion will clearly display its rules; by participating, you accept them.
Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of eligible funds to UPI or bank account. We may require KYC and anti-fraud checks prior to releasing payments. Processing times are transparent in your account dashboard. Tiranga reserves the right to withhold or reverse funds in cases of chargebacks, fraud, or Terms violations.
4. Fair Play, Collusion & Prohibited Conduct
- No bots, scripts, or automation to gain unfair advantage.
- No collusion with other players to manipulate results.
- No multi-accounting to abuse bonuses, tables, or leaderboards.
- No exploitation of software bugs; report issues to Support.
We monitor gameplay and reserve the right to investigate suspicious patterns. Sanctions may include warnings, confiscation of unfairly obtained funds, account suspension, or closure.
5. Responsible Gaming

6. Availability & Jurisdiction
Access to certain games or features may vary by jurisdiction. It’s your responsibility to ensure that using Tiranga Game complies with local laws. We may geo-restrict services to comply with regulatory guidance.
7. Intellectual Property
The Tiranga name, logos, graphics, and platform design are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Software, Updates & Downtime
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. From time to time, we may perform maintenance or release updates to improve security, stability, and features. During outages, games may be paused and results settled fairly per game rules.
9. Disclaimers
Tiranga provides services “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or that outcomes of chance-based games will meet user expectations. You play at your own risk and agree that results are final per published rules.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiranga is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from your use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the total fees paid by you to Tiranga in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tiranga, its affiliates, and staff from claims arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
12. Account Closure
You may close your Tiranga account at any time after settling open transactions. Tiranga may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, policy violations, or legal reasons.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product changes or legal requirements. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email.
